They Invariably In-variably say that they gave their children chil-dren money to go down to a theatre and it has all been lost in poking rolls of paper out of holes In theso lures. People go into a store with $3 or $4 and come out without a cent and usually usual-ly without one of the fancy but worthless worth-less gew-gaws offered to tempt the unsuspecting youth. Thousands of dollars dol-lars a year are lost through these seemingly harmless boards and it Is time this practice, which comes under the head of gambling, is ended."
