Show BLACKSMITH TAKEPJ INTO CUSTODY FOR DISLOYALTY Reindcr Jansen, a blacksmith foreman fore-man of tho Southern Pacific ships, Is in the city jail after being arrested by Chief Browning, and Captain O. H. Mohlman. The arrest was made in the man's own interests, as he had aroused the anger of his fellow workmen work-men by very strong and unpatriotic sentiments with regard to this country and to the ways in which the Liberty Loan is being raised. A statement of the incident has been telephoned to federal authorities at Salt Lake who will, undoubtedly, examine the prisoner in n day or two. nn |
