Brown, both of Ogden, and they will be married mar-ried tomorrow In the Temple at Salt , Lake. Police Caaes. The next legal step in the trial of Chief of Police Thos. B. Browning, indicted for refusal' to admit certain prisoners to jail, will 1 bo taken in Judge Alfred W. Agee's I court Friday at 2 o'clock. The cases I of Policemen Kelliher and Mohlman are set for Saturday at 2 o'clock. Landslide. The Weber county road , and the tracks of the Ogden, Logan 1 and Idaho railway company, a short distance east of the mouth of Ogden J canyon, were blocked by a land and snowslide last night. Hundreds of tons of dirt and rocks were piled up fci and the loose earth was still sliding 3 ' off the hills this afternoon. The road will not be cleared until tomorrow. Fire Alarms A brush fire, convincing convinc-ing evidence that summer weather prevailed in Ogden, occurred yesterday yester-day in a vacant lot at Eighth street and Washington avenue.
