Show New York, Nov. 3. Theso forecasts were made for the International News Servico by parly leaders today: Chairman Vance C. McCormlck of i ' tho Democratic national committee said: Wilson will bo re-elected president presi-dent by an overwhelming plurality plural-ity in the electoral college. He will get over 300 of the 531 electoral elec-toral votes. Though Wilson can . win without New York he will carry that state. Ohio, Wisconsin, Illinois and Michigan are safe in the Wilson column. Chairman William R. Willcox of the Republican national committee said: Hughes is a certain winner of the presidency. He is sure over 308 electoral votes. New York will give him from 100,000 to 200,-000 200,-000 plurality. Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey and Connecticut are his. Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin Wiscon-sin will cast their votes for the governor. |
