Show Deaths and Funerals NELLIGAN The remains of Lawrence Law-rence Nelligan, formerly of Ogden, will be brought here tonight on O. S. L. No. 30 at 9 p. m. and taken to Kirkendall's chapel pending funeral arrangements. Mr. Nelligan was injured in-jured in an auto accident last Friday and died at the hospital in Pocatello. He is a nephew of Mrs. H. L. Griffin of this city. COLLINS. Mrs. Mary Collins, widow wid-ow of William G. Collins, did yesterday yester-day afternoon at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. George Hill, 2564 Fow. ler avenue, of general debility. She was born at Bath, Somersetshire, England, Eng-land, June 17, 1S31, and came to Ogden Og-den in early days, as a Mormon convert. con-vert. She is survived by the following children: Mrs. Alma Hardy of Bountiful; Boun-tiful; Mrs. William II. Toler, Mrs. George Hill and Mrs. Phil Kohn of Ogden, and Mrs. A. B. Canfield of Po. catello. The funeral will be held tomorrow to-morrow at 3 p. m. in the Larkin & Sons' chapel and interment will be in the city cemetery. The body may bo viewed at the residence of Mrs. Hill, thisafternoon and evening and tomorrow tomor-row until 2 p. m. HASSETT James F. Hassett of Pocatello, who brought the body of his infant son to Ogden Thursday, for a funeral service and interment, re. turned home yesterday. The funeral service was held Thursday, with Father Fath-er P. M. Cusnahan officiating. Mr. Bassett is chief clerk to General Supt. Fred Knickerbocker of the Oregon Short Line . NEIL. The funeral of Archibald B. Neil will be heldtomorrow at 2 p. m. in the Twelfth ward meeting house and interment will be in the city cemetery. cem-etery. Funeral services for Earl Clark will be held tomorrow at 2:30 p. m., in the Eleventh ward meeting house and interment will be in the city cemetery. The body may be viewed at the residence, 115 Patterson avenue, this afternoon and evening and tomorrow until the funeral hour. DOUGLAS. In Sparks,, Nov., Oct. 30, Laura, wife of Jos. Douglas, and mother of Karl Douglas, aged 4 years, 2 months, 15 days. Funeral services were held November 2 at Sparks under un-der auspices of Martha Chapter, No. u, O. E. S., Rev. BeUam officating. Mrs. Douglas family resided in Ogden, being be-ing a member of Woodcraft Circle. She was a sister of Mrs. John Scott, formerly of Ogden, now of Salt Lake. DENKERS Funeral services for Mrs. Lyda B. Denkers will be conducted conduct-ed in the Fifth ward meeting house tomorrow afternoon at 3 p. m. by Bishop William Ure. Jtemains will lie in state at the family home, 2654 Barlow Bar-low avenue, this evening from 5 until 9 o'clock and tomorrow from 10 a. m. until 2 p. m. Interment city eemtery. |
