Show KING ORDERED BACK TO FORT DOUGLAS Salt Lake, Nov. 4. Major Wesley E. King of Salt Lake, now acting as judge advocate with tho troops at Nogales, has been ordered back to Salt Lake for duty in mustering out the members' of the First squadron of Utah cavalry. He will reach homo Tuesday. The message which was received re-ceived from Major King by Mrs. King yesterday also stated that Lieutenant Aaron y. Hardy, who went to the border as second HeutenanL with troop A, is now on his way yto Salt Lake. Lieutenant Hardy has been serving with troop H. First United States cav-airy, cav-airy, at N.ogales. He recently took an examination for appointment in the regular armyy, and in the event of his appointment "will probably return , to the border town. Quiet prevailed at Fort Douglas yes terday, and, although the troopers were under orders not to leave camp until after retreat each evening, there was no drill or formations. Many visitors vis-itors rode to the fort j'esterday, am i throughout the day there was almost a steady stream of automobiles, both going and coming. oo |
