00 DOCTOR TESTIFIES IN INJURY CASE In tho personal injury caso of Ethel Sharp, by her guardian, against the Ogden, Logan & Idaho Railway company, the motion of tho defendant defend-ant for non-suit today was denied and tho defendant company began the introduction in-troduction of testimony. Dr. C. F. Osgood was the first witness wit-ness for tho defendant this after-noou after-noou and be testified as to whether the physical conditions of tho plaintiff today Is the result of tho alleged injuries in-juries of last year. Tho doctor answered an-swered a hypothetical question relating relat-ing to the accident, tho physical condition con-dition of the plaintiff immediately after tho accident and her continued illness to the present time, by saying say-ing that ho did not consider her condition con-dition to be tho result of injuries. Ho said that in his opinion Miss Sharp's condition could be bettor traced to physical ailments other than Injuries.
