Show Society PLEASANT EVENT AT BARLETT HOME. Last evening, Mrs. Grayco Russell Bartlett delightfully entertained at her home, 2854 Grant avenue In compliment, com-pliment, to" Mrs. Dr. Frank. Kaiser BartletL who was Miss Mary A. Pax-ter Pax-ter before her marriage to Dr. Bartlett Bart-lett October 26, at Aurora, Illinois. The early part of the evening was pleasantly spent at needlework Interspersed Inter-spersed with musical numbers by Miss Madeline Lauzon and Mrsi, Grayce Bartlett. Mrs. Myrtle Thatcher Sooy sang two -solos, "I Hear You Calling Call-ing Me." and "A Perfect Day," in her usual sweet voice. Later Mrs. Bartlett served a perfectly per-fectly appointed luncheon. The table m ". i 2HlvT9IF Mrs. Bartlett. was exceptionally preltj with cluny lace dollies over pink satin and as the central decorative piece was a large mirror and a tall cut glaBS vase of dainty pink and white asters. Hand-tinted Hand-tinted cards designated each guest's place and were in pink and white, as were the favbrs. Tho color scheme was also carried out in tho refreshments refresh-ments served. M Flaherty has returned to Ogden after a pleasant three months' visit in San Francisco and other coast cities. RETURNED HOME. Mrs. E. W. Nichols, 970 Twenty-fourth Twenty-fourth street, returned home yesterday yester-day from a four months' trip to the coast. ON WEDNESDAY EVENING. Wednesday night at S o'clock in the parlors of tho First Methodist Episcopal Episco-pal Church tho Intermediate League will give an entertainment consisting of drills, songs, recitations, and other exercises. They will bo assisted by several adults who will give musical and dramatic numbers. No admission will be charged, and every one is cordially cor-dially invitod.
