MEXICAN MORTALLY WOUNDED. Shelley, Idaho, Nov. S. Two Mexicans Mexi-cans held up and robbed another Mexican Mex-ican at Idaho Falls early yesterday evening, after which they hired an auto and came to Shelley to catch the southbound passenger train at 1:36 a. m. Officers Heber Chllds and Andy Mlckolson wore notified and wero on the lookout for tho two robbers, rob-bers, who became aware of the fact and hid themselves away in a refrigerator refrig-erator car near the depot, instead of eaving on the train. After tho trains departure, about 2:15 a. m officers located tie men in the S I frlgerator car near the depot and arrested ar-rested one of them. While trying to arrest the other one, the Mexican edged around back of Officer Mick-elson Mick-elson and opened Tire with a revolver, revol-ver, hitting tho man whom Officer Mickelson had under arrest. Officer Chllds was on the ground at the refrigerator re-frigerator car door and immediately both officers opened fire on the Mexican Mex-ican who did tho shooting, one of the bullets taking effect and mortally wounding him.
