Ernest .Tudet. the editor of the Eclair anil one of the most persistent critics of the application of the censorship, states today that the censors have in-' in-' formed him that henceforth thej j would refuse to read the proofs of I his newspaper in view of the terms used by him in an artic le on the censorship cen-sorship and that if he publishes news contrary to the law he will have to bear all precautions against this latter lat-ter eventuality, even to suppressing the usual commentary on the official eommunications.
