BIDS FOR CEREAL PLANT INVITEB W. H. Lepper, who drew the plans for the Utah Cereal Food plant, has announced that bids for the construction construc-tion of the plant will be received until un-til February" 10. Immediately after the dato mentioned, men-tioned, the directors of the company will hold a special meeting to award the contract This will give the contractor con-tractor time to get his material on the ground ready to proceed with tho construction of the building early in the spring. The building is to be four stories high, with a basement, the ground are being 51x136 feet. The foundations founda-tions bae already been laid and the elevator building is also completed.
