Show OASE CONTINOED B JUDOE REEDER UNTIL FRIDAY I The case of Joe Kuhn, who i3 charged with resisting an officer, was called in the municipal court this morning and continued until Friday Bail was set in the sum of S2i9. The continuance was granted by Judge Reeder at the request of Attorney At-torney J. N. Kimball, acting for William Wil-liam Harcombe, Kuhn's attorney. Mr. Harcombe was in attendance on district dis-trict court George Watson, who claims to hall from Kansas, was sentenced to five days in Jail. Watson was drunk and tried to "Mooch" from the arresting officer. Frank Evans, an Oregon youth, was given a suspended sentence on promise prom-ise of good behavior. He was arrested ar-rested by Seorgeant Mohlman last night at the corner of Twenty-fifth street and Hudson avenue. |
