An Ordinance Establishing and Opening Open-ing Iowa Avenue 60-feet Wide Running Run-ning North and South Between 25th and 26th Streets Through Block 28, Plat "C," and Levying and Assessing a Special and Local Tax on the Property Abutting Thereon to Defray the Costs and Expenses of the Same. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners Com-missioners of Ogden City, Utah: Sec. 1. That for the purpose of establishing es-tablishing and opening Iowa Avenue 60-feet wide, north and south through block 28, Plat "C," Ogden City Survey, Sur-vey, the whole distance between 25th and 26th Streets where Iowa Avenue is not now opened, being 27-feet east and 33-feet w est of the lot line between be-tween Lots 123456789 and 10, Block 28, Plat "C," Ogden City Survey, Sur-vey, a special and local tax, amounting amount-ing to $1,400.00, being $1.3306635 per lineal front foot and $0 ,0053321145 for each foot of area is hereby levied and assessed in accordance with the proisions of this ordinance upon all the lots and parts of lots, land and real estate to be benefited by the opening of the said avenue the same being described as follows- A strip of land 50 feet wide abutting abut-ting on the east side of said Iowa Aenue when opened between 25th and 26th streets, being part of lots 1 7 8 9 and 10, Block 28.
