Show MRS. 1NL0W IS SEEKING DIVORCE Salt Lake. April 30, Charge of murder in the first degree against Mrs Genevieve Inlow wife of Caleb A. Inlow, was disnmsed yesterday in hf district court on motion of the district attorney. E. O Leather" wood Judge M L. Ritchie, who J presided at the trial which resutled in the conviction of Caleb A. Inlow on thp charge of murdering Thovn.is E White, a public, chauffeur, granted the motion. The district attorney made a statement state-ment to the cqwri,. In, which he said, he was convinced of the innorrn'.r of Mrs. Inlow of any actual participation partici-pation in the crime for which hor iiusband must serve I if e imprisonment imprison-ment He said that while it wai certain that Mrs Inlow gon inlo White's car the night of the murder and had him drive her to the placo where the murder was committed, there was no evidence to Indicate that she knew of her husband s intention inten-tion to murder White. She acted on her husband's request, the district attorney said, Inlow having hav-ing represented that it was noces sary that he have a conference with White in regard to the burglary charge pending against Inlow, In which White was the principal witness wit-ness for the state. For nearly a year Mrs Inlow has been at liberty under $5000 bonds, and it has been understood ever since her husband s conviction that as soon as the supreme court had passed on hio case the charge against her would be dismissed. Mrs Inlow a' present pres-ent is at Long Beach. Cal. Only recently the supreme court affirmed af-firmed the Judgment of conviction against Inlow MrB.
