Show I TWENTY-FOURTH HAS DEEN ORDERED RE-PAVED The city board of commissioners i his morning, on the recommendations ol the committee of the whol. passed a resolution providing for the re-paving and re-guttering of Twenty-iourtn street, between Washington and Grant avenues. The resolution also pro ! vides that notice of intention shall be published. According to the terms of the reso lution. the street will be paved with asphalt 8 1-2 inches thick on a six-Inch six-Inch concrete base, as petitioned for ' by the property owners. The estl mated cost of the improvement Is $10,400.75. something ocr $1000 of which will be paid by the city for ihe paving of the intersection at Hudson avenue- I |
