Show MAN FIDS RE IS IT DIVORCED Mil HE MARRIED In Judge N J Harris' division of tho district court today was heard the petition of Midrred M. Hodgdon against Samuel W. Hodgdon. asking that their marriage of September, 1913, be declared null and void, on the grounds that Mr. Hodgdon was not legally divorced from one Kleanor Alice Hodgdon, his former wife It was a friendly suit and both parties par-ties agreed to the facts as stated in the complaint, Mr. Hodgdon saying in his answer that there was a question ques-tion as to his divorce from his former wife. It was alleged in the complaint that it was understood when tho parties par-ties married last September, that Mr Hodgdon had been regularly and legally le-gally divorced from his former wife in California, but it subsequently developed de-veloped that he had been misled and I that he was still a married man. To avoid entanglements of a legal nature. It was decided that the marriage mar-riage of September. 1913 . should be made null and void The complaint was filed thi6 morning morn-ing and before the noon hour the if mea were joined, the rase heard In court and a decree cancelling the marriage issued.
