OCR Text	THROWN FROM WHEEL young son of mr and mrs bycraft meets with painful accident sunday afternoon between 6 and 6 chester arthur the 13 year old son of mr and mrs L H of this city while riding hla wheel near twenty fourth street and grant avenue collided with a pole in the street and was thrown to the pavement and had a piece af pf flesh gouged out underneath the chin the wound bled profusely and should have had some stitches taken in it but mrs becraft thought ahe could manage it A physician was called in yesterday however and stated it was too late to take any stitches in the wound and for that reason it would be difficult to heal chester was trying to avoid a collision with a man who was standing in the street and who unconscious of the approach of the wheel happened to turn in the same direction as the boy this necessitated a sharp turn of the wheel which missed the man and struck the pole
