STREET OUT north washington in darkness last evening the street lights from twenty second north on washington went on a strike for some time last night up to 10 that portion 0 the city was in total darkness save for the light of cstreet cars going and coming and the traveler wished he could drive as fast as the car that he might be in the light zone the custom of observing the rules of tha road everybody keeping to the right removed the conditions of collisions about 10 the lights came on the inconvenience was caused by a grounded wire
