Ho admitted that he had been noisy and boisterous, but thought that tho day demanded hilaritj. "Wore you shouting for Teddy ,'' asked Judge Reeder. "Well, I can't remember as I was ezzackly, .ledge," answered Smith "Well, if you were not cheering for Roosevelt, but were Just loud and boisterous, I will fino you $10 or 10 days." |
