Tho cnll for tho meeting, according to the letter sent out by Mr. Lucas, provides for tho election of a vice president and a board of directors, tho awarding of a pennant and tho report of tho treasurer of the Union association for tho season just closed. The meeting will convene at 4 In tho afternoon of Tuesday, Sept 17, says the call. So far as the awarding of the pennant Is concerned, that will bo merely a matter of form, for Missoula's Mis-soula's standing leaves no question as to which club Bhall have that honor, j At tho meeting there will bo repre sentatives of Missoula, Butte and Helena from this state and Salt Lake and Ogden, Utah The letter is written writ-ten on stationery originally gotten lor the headquarters at Salt Lake, but after tho situation between Lucas and the Salt Lake management became be-came unpleasant, tho head of tho league changed to Missoula.
