Lee's attorney contended that Mrs Leo had left him as soon as the ceremony cere-mony waB pcrformod and that sho had been a wife In name only. He averred that she was already getting sufficient Income from tho property for her support. The court thought otherwise and ordered the payment of $15 a month tomporary alimony Fivo decrees were granted by Judge Morse, four interlocutory and one final, as follows; Interlocutory decrees Sarah Mer-ickel Mer-ickel from George A.
