LAND FOR THE 1 OPENING OF A STREET In tho condemnation proceedings of Ogden City against Charles R and Frank D. McGregor, the dlBtrict court has issued an order giving the plaintiff immediate possession of the premises sought to be condemned. The property In question Is to be used by the city in the oponing of Twenty-ninth street, between Washington Wash-ington and Quincy avenues. The city is desirous of beginning operations at an early date. The defendants consented con-sented to the order. i --rr
