Her real estate interests are in subdivision development and residential home sales. In Washington she is active in community and Church affairs. Currently she is a teacher and a member of the choir of the Washington LDS Ward. Each year the Sorority designates one member of it's organization to be so honored as the "Woman of the Year." The Phi Sigma Alpha Sorority of Cedar City has named Mary Parry as Woman of the Year for 1975." The selection of Mrs. Parry for the high honor was announced at a recent meeting of the sorority held at the home of Ellen Simkins. Making the presentation and presenting the recipient with a corsage was Helen Spendlove an officer of Phi Sigma Alpha Sorority. Mrs. Parry is an extremely active member of the community. com-munity. She was born and raised in Cedar City and educated in Cedar City schools. She is a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. A retiree of Mountain Bell she served with the Telephone organization for 27 years. Following her retirement she moved to Washington, in Washington County where she has opened a Real Estate Business.
