On November 15 representative represen-tative Allan Howe, was the speaker at the Forum. At that time some people signed the document following Rep. Howe's remarks and the following week even more people joined in alter hearing former Congressman Sherman Lloyd speak on the Declaration of Independence. This special copy of the Declaration of Independence, with its modern day signatures, will be placed in a time capsule at the capitol to be opened at a future time. The document is at the LDS Institute, 650 West Center Street, and there will be other opportunities op-portunities to sign, those in charge indicated. |
