Show PTA President asks support for Hi school activities A very small audience was treated to an exceptional evening eve-ning of band music last Wednesday, Wed-nesday, when the Parowan High School band played host to the 78 member Carbon High School band, from Price. Realizing that each person's time and energies are divided in many different directions, and involved in many different dif-ferent meetings and programs, pro-grams, It was nonetheless embarrassing em-barrassing and discouraging to have such a poor attendance attend-ance at one of our school functions. One cannot understand why parents pay for expensive musical instruments and music mu-sic lessons, plus the untold hours of practice and then do not participate actively when our students perform. All pf the activities at the high school are Important, and each equally as Important Import-ant as the other. Let's try to make a concentrated concen-trated effort to support ALL high school" activities thereby enjoying and supporting our high school students and benefitting ben-efitting from the fine talents they give to us.
