The L & S Tire Center located on the corner of 200 North and 100 West has been opened for business with expanded facilities. In addition to the existing service station new construction is underway at right to house complete car care center. New business opens in Cedar City A new business has opened in Cedar City. It is the L & S Tire Center located at 115 West on 200 North ; Street. It is owned and operated by LeRoy and Sara Coleman. The new facility will offer a complete car care service as well as providing Service Station Facilities with Continental Oil products. Featured in the tire line will be B. F. Goodrich, according ac-cording to Mr. Coleman. The Car Care Service, in addition ad-dition to the normal service station facilities will offer tire balancing and truing, front end alignment on a new, heavy duty machine; complete new and retread tire service, brake machine capabilities; shock absorber service and tune-up facilities. The service station facilities are now open for business, new equipment and tire service is being added and construction is underway for additional space to house the complete new operation. In addition to the new L & S Tire Center, Coleman is the Continental Oil Agent for the southern Utah area, a position he assumed at the beginning of this year. Prior to moving to Cedar City, Coleman served as a Sales representative for B. F. Goodrich in Medford, Ore. Mr. Coleman is a native of Teasdale, Utah and attended Southern Utah State College. He received a degree in business administration from Utah State University. He married the ' former Sara Ward of Parowan and they have four children, Natalie Michelle, Marsha and Brenda. |
