Girl Staters win Scholarships Full tuition scholarships to Southern Utah State College for the 1975-76 school year have been awarded six participants of Utah Girls State held recently at SUSC. Girls were chosen by Girls State personnel on the basis of several criteria including participation par-ticipation in the American Legion Auxiliary sponsored conference. Scholarships are for the Girls Staters' freshman year in college, 1975-76. Scholarship recipients, their high schools and parents include : Julie Ann Dalton, Piute High School, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Dalton, Circleville; Sharon Hester, Ben Lomond High School, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Hester, Ogden; Allison Johnson, Hillcrest High School, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard H. Johnson, Sandy; Susan Diana Olson, Grand County High School, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy J. Rockwell, Moab; Nancy Ann Savage, Ogden High School, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Savage, Ogden. Nancy is a Utah senator to Girls Nation later this year; Patti Thomas, Enterprise High School, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Thomas, Enterprise.
