Cedar City students elected mayors at Boys State Ray Meyers and Arnold L. Graff,' both students at Cedar City High School, were elected to the office of Mayor at the 1974 American Legion Boys State being held this week on the campus of Utah State University in Logan. Ray is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Meyers. Arnold is the son of Dr. and Mrs. A. LaMar Graff. Both will be seniors at Cedar High School next fall. As elective officials they will represent their respective cities in an administrative capacity during the week-long government govern-ment session. Meyers was named Mayor of the mock city of Midway, while Graff will serve as the elected head of the mock city of Saleno.
