Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-7865 (73-2261) Moroni Sanders San-ders & Sons, P.O. Box 611, Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 4.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a portion of Underground Water Claim 6009 (73-227). The water has been diverted from a 12-inch well, 306 ft. deep at a point N. 2110 ft. and E. 140 ft. from S'4 Cor. Sec. 29, T36S, R12W; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 114.60 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 30.0 acs. in SEV4NEV4, SE"4 Sec. 29, T36S, R12W. Hereafter, 4.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 250-350 ft. deep at a point S. 1160 ft. and W. 833 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 30, T36S, R12W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of two horses; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.803 ac. in NE',4NE'.4 Sec. 30, T36S, R12W. a-7866 (71-432) E. J. Graff, Hurricane, Utah 84737 proposes to correct the place of use of 2475.60 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Underground Water Claim Nos. 3784 (71-432); 3789 (71-437); 3785 (71-433); 3786 (71-434); 3787 (71-435); 3788 (71-436); (71-436); Appl. No. 16934, Cert. No. 4130 (71-1223); and Underground Water Claim 3790 (71-1626) as amended by Ch. Appl. No. a-6495. The water has been diverted from seven wells at the following points: (1) N. 77 ft. and E. 1394 ft.; (2) N. 70 ft. and E. 265 ft., both from S1 4 Cor. Sec. 3; (3) N. 30 ft. andW. 204 ft.; (4) N. 30 ft. and W- 1857 ft.; (5) N. 30 ft. and W. 2617 ft. all three from E"4 Cor Sec. 10; (6) N. 30 ft. and E. 600 ft. from W'-t Cor. Sec. 11; (7) N. 1320 ft. and E. 1320 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 2, all T35S, R15W; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 618.90 acs. in S'2 Sec. 2; E'2 Sec. 3; W'-NE',, NW',4 Sec. 11, NE',4 Sec. 10, T35S, R15W. Hereafter, 2475.60 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted same as heretofore; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the supplemental irrigation of 710 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 618.90 acs. in S'a Sec. 2; E'i! Sec. 3; E'2 Sec. 10; N'2 Sec. 11, T35S, R15W. a-7876 (71-3238) Utah International In-ternational Inc.. P.O. Box 649, Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.0557 Sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Seg. Appl. No. 34461-a. The water has been diverted from four 16-inch wells, 250 ft. deep at the following points: (1) N. 210 ft. and W. 40 ft.; (2) N. 600 ft. and W. 800 ft. both from SE Cor Sec. 18; (3) N. 2522 ft. and W. 1432 ft.' (4) N. 1950 ft. and W. 604 ft. both from SE Cor. Sec. 20, all T35S, R12W; and used for mine land reclamation general mining use and benefication of iron ore. Hereafter, 0.0557 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a spring at a points. 1539 ft. and E. 2332 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 20, T36S, R13W; and used for the stockwatering of 50 cattle; and used for sprinkling iron mining haul roads - mine land reclamation in parts of Sees. 18, 20 and 29, T36S, R13W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before July 13. 1974.
