A work experience program for eligible high school age students and a selected number of college age students will be operating in Beaver, Garfield, Iron, Kane, and Washington Counties during the summer months. Participants Par-ticipants will be working in public agencies throughout the Five County area for 40 hours per week at a wage of $2.00 per hour. The program is the result of $50,121 in revenue sharing funds received by the Five County Association of Governments. Of the total amount, $3,936 will be used to cover local administrative ad-ministrative costs and the remaining $46,185 will be used for services to high school and college age students. It is projected that a total of 60 students will be able to gain work experience through the program during the months of June, July and August. All applicants must come from families of low income. in-come. Interested individuals should contact the Family Life Services Center in their respective counties.
