Show Wranglers qualify for Regional Meet PAROWAN - The Parowan Red Hill Wranglers traveled to Marysvale Saturday July 15 to compete in the district 9 Utah State Western Riding Club meet. The Wranglers qualified to compete in the region meet in Eleven events and are the alternate team in 3. Vyonne Chamberlain placed 2nd in the Ladies Western pleasure class, and Kay Chamberlain placed 3rd in mens pleasure class. Paul Fife placed 3rd in the reining class. Norm Evans and Dick Tullis won first place in ribbon pull, Dick Tullis Chamberlain, Norm Evans, Dick and Rhonda Tullis, Paul and Brad Fife and Vickie Woods, Ellis Bryant. Team events the wranglers qualfied in are; Keyhold race, water race barrels, alternate in potato race, and alternate in poles. The District 9 clubs who qualified for region will travel to Richfield the third weekend in August for the region competition. Those who qualify there will go on to the State Meet at Lagoon to compete in the finals. placed 2nd in cutting. Vyonne Chamberlain placed first in Ladies Barrels with a time of 15:34.
