Show Mormon VisitorCenterOpened A Mormon Visitors Center has been set up by the Cedar City North and West Stake Young Adults to be operated during the summer season of the Shakespearean Festival. The visitors center, located at the old Institute building which has most twpntlv hwn thp Yoimff slide presentation on the family and the arts, then a diogram explaining the lamily home evening. Many of the materials presented are from the tnurch Communications Department Depart-ment and are professionally well done. extensive work establishing the visitors center are Rob Jones, Kent Parke, the Fulltime Full-time Elders, David Matthews, Mat-thews, Larry Webb, Scott Matthews and Allan Jones. The sign in front of the building was constructed by Robert Shirts and Ray Myers. Married Ward building, on the corner of Center and 300 West, will be manned by young adult volunteers from noon until 8 p.m. daily except ex-cept Sunday. The visitor center tour takes about 20 minutes, volunteers said, and is open to the public, free of charge. The tour begins with a The Joseph Smith story is shown and explained through pictures by the guides, as is the Book of Mormon story. A diorama on Christ in America completes the tour.
