The agency is a fulfillment of a long-time desire by Dennis wo work in the advertising agency business in Southern Utah, he told the Record. A Cedar City native, Rowley has worked at radio stations in Cedar, St. George, Ogden and Salt Lake City, has worked for a daily newspaper and as production director for a Salt Lake advertising-public relations firm.
