Show Rowleys See Son-in-Law Sustained LDS Ward Bishop Mr. and Mrs. Clair Rowley traveled to Murray on Saturday, Satur-day, Feb. 1, joining Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Terry of Rock-ville Rock-ville to make the trip. They went to attend the Murray Stake confeivnece and be on hand when their son and son-in-law, Dr. Carlson (Chick) Terry, was sustained as the bishop of the new Murray 23rd Ward. The new ward was created cre-ated by a division of the old Murray 12th Ward. That evening, their grandson grand-son Paul Terry was made an Eagle Scout at a court of honor. hon-or. Saturday night the group attended a basketball game between the Murray and Tooele Too-ele High School in which two more of the Marvin Terry's grandsons played, the Madson brothers. The group also enjoyed a family dinner and get-together in honor of Mrs. Douglas (Joan) Rowley, the occasion being her birthday. |
