Show Presbyterian Life writer to visit in southern Utah Carl Karsch, a writer for "Presbyterian Life," the official offic-ial family magazine of the United Presbyterian Church, will be in Utah the week of July 12-18 to prepare a feature article on cooperative protes-tant protes-tant work in Utah. lie and Rov. Earl S. Fox, chairman of National Missions Mis-sions for the Presbytery of Utah, will fly to Cedar City on July 15 to meet the Cooperative Coopera-tive Ministry staff at the Cedar Ce-dar City Community Presbyterian Presby-terian Church and plan an itinerary for his visit in southern south-ern Utah. He will interview and photograph the staff and some of the protestant families famil-ies in this area. The Cooperative Christian Ministry is an interdenominational interdenomina-tional approach to the protestant protes-tant witness in southwest Utah in which seven denominations denomin-ations participate: Tne United Church of Christ; the American Ameri-can Baptist Church; the United Unit-ed Presbyterian Church in the USA; the Christian Church; the Lutheran Church in America; Amer-ica; the Protestant Episcopal Church; and the United Methodist Meth-odist Church. |
