Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS j The following applications! have been filed with the State Engineer to Change and Appropriate Appro-priate water in Iron County. All locations are in SLB&M. a-4706 L. David Love, Beryl, Ut., proposes to correct the point of diversion and place of use of 400 ac.-ft. of water evidenced by Appl. No. 16796 (71-1274) as amended by Change Appl. No. a-3906. a-3906. The water was to have been diverted from a 14-in. well 156 ft. deep at a point N. 70 ft. and W. 1270 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 21, T36S, R16W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 for the irrigation of 100 acres in EViEVi Sec. 21, WVi-NW'4 WVi-NW'4 Sec. 22, T36S, R16W. Hereafter the 400 ac.-ft. of water wat-er is to be diverted from the same source as above at a point N. 70 ft. and W. 1270 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 21, T35S, R16W, and used during the same period and for the same purpose as above in EV'aEVi Sec. 21, W14NW14 Sec. 22, T35S, R16W. To Appropriate 37440 (75-1323) Jay L. Evans, P. O. Box 109, Parowan, Ut., .5 sec.-ft. of water from a 12-in. well from 100 to 400 ft. deep at a point N. 50 ft and W. 1420 ft. from EVt, Cor. Sec. 6, T34S, R8W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 110 acres in NE!4NE, NW',4-, NE4, SW& NEK, SE14 NEK Sec. 6, T34S, R8W. Protests resisting the granting of any of the above applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, UL, on or before April 2, 1966.
