Show Phebe Bergstrcm Weds Dale Ray On Valentine's Day In a quiet wedding ceremony which took place on Monday, Feb. 14 Miss Phebe Bergstrom of Parowan became the bride of Mr. Dale Ray of Marysvale, Utah. Bishop Bruce Matheson officiated officiat-ed in the wedding ceremony which took place in the Relief Society rooms of the First-Second Ward Church here. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Leah Bergstrom of this city and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Vern Ray of Galea-na, Galea-na, Chihuahua, Mex. For her wedding the bride chose a floor length gown of white velveteen. Her shoulder-length shoulder-length veil was caught to a crown of seed peals and she carried car-ried a bouquet of pink flowers, j Attendants for the ceremony were Mrs. Marilyn (Bob) Robinson, Robin-son, sister of the bride, as matron ma-tron of honor; Miss Janet Hunt and Miss Mayedean Petty, were bridesmaids, they wore pink suit style dresses and white corsages, sages. . Ringbearers were Brett Bergstrom Berg-strom and Billy Robinson, nephews neph-ews of the bride. Perry Ray, brother bro-ther of the bridegroom, stood as his best man. Mrs. Ola Robinson played the wedding march and the bride was given away by her brother, Garth Barton. The bride is a graduate of Parowan High School and is attending at-tending College of Southern Utah. The bridegroom is a member mem-ber of the Armed Services and just competed his basic training at Fort Bliss, Texas. Following a honeymoon trip to Las Vegas the bride will contin-her contin-her studies at CSU and the bridegroom will report for duty at Fort Ord, Calif. Attending the wedding festivities festivi-ties from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bergstrom and family, Moreland, Idaho; Mrs. Robert Robinson and son Billy, Idaho Falls, Idaho; Mr. and Mrs. Vern Ray, Geana, Mex.; Ross Ray, Las Vegas; Mr. and Mrs. Perry Ray and Mr. and Mrs. Flovd Campbell, Cedar City. |
