LASSON Double Ring Ceremony Unites Miss firminta Ann Bulloch, Keith L. Lassen on July 16th A double ring ceremony performed per-formed by Bishop Edgar E. Lassen Las-sen in the Cedar First Ward Chapel Cha-pel united in marriage Miss Ar-mlnta Ar-mlnta Ann Bulloch and Keith L. Lasson, July 16. A pre-ceremon-ial program was conducted by Bishop Klien Rollo. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bulloch, Cedar City and the bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar E. Lasson, Mt. Pleasant. Before the couple spoke vows, Robert Lasson rendered the prayer pray-er which was followed by several vocal numbers including "Always" "Al-ways" by Elwin Armstrong and George Grimshaw and "The Hawaiian Ha-waiian Wedding Song" and "Because" "Be-cause" sung by Ralph Hafen. Ac- was in a cascade style of phalae-! nopsis orchids with streamers of lily-of-the-valley I Bridal attendants were all dressed alike in gowns of floor length which matched the em-1 pire silhouette style of the bride's I dress except they were of elbow ' length and in shades of pink. I Miss Bette Jean Bulloch, sister of the bride was maid of honor ; : while cousins and nieces of the ; couple, Mrs. Paul Douglas, Mrs. i Keith Stauffer, Miss Suzane Hir-schi Hir-schi and Petite Brenda Bulloch and Cindy Shelly stood as matron of honor, bridesmaid and flower ; girls. Their bouquets were pink s carnations. s In keeping with the color theme of pink, white and blue, mothers of the couple wore floor-length floor-length gowns of blue crepe with I lace and matching orchid and carnation corsages. j Those helping at the reception were Mrs. Elwin Shelley and Mrs. ! Matt Bulloch as guest book at- I tendants, Mrs. Scott Bulloch, Mrs Rudd Jones and Mrs. Tobe Leigh, Jr. as gift room attendants and Mrs. Elwin Armstrong, Mrs. Clif- ford Knight, Mrs. Brose Bullo"h Mrs.Lecnard Bulloch and Mrs David Bulloch as kitchen host esses. Acting as reception hosts were Scott Bulloch and Matt Bulloch, brothers of the bride. The nuptial party was catered by Mrs. Rcid Cox with Mrs. Earl Mackelprang, Mrs. Victor Matheson, Mrs. Glen-nis Glen-nis Orton and Mrs. Floyd Matheson Mathe-son as punch bowl attendants. companying were May Boyter at the organ and Evelyn Jones at the piano. Mrs. Boyter also played play-ed the wedding march. Another number on the program conducted conduct-ed by Klien Rollo was a reading entitled "The Bride's prayer" given gi-ven by Alta Porter. For her wedding and reception which followed at the First Ward Cultural Hall, the bride was dressed in a silk crepe wedding gown in the empire silhouette design. The gown was adorned i with embroidered patterns of lace and lily-of-the-valley around the neck, at the waist and on a detachable train. The sleeves of the gown came to a lily-point. A shoulder-length bridal illusion veil was secured to a rose petal ciarra ttudded with imitation jewels and the bridal bouquet Hirschi, Mary Kay Matheson, Kay Bulloch and Shanna Nelson Pre-nuptial courtesies included a shower given by Donna Hall and Betty Jean Bulloch in Salt Lake City and a personal bridal party given in Cedar City by Mrs Paul Douglas and Mrs. Matt Bulloch. Buffet dinner was served : at the Henry Bulloch residence . beginning with the rehearsal before be-fore the wedding for attendants and until after the reception for out-of-town guests including Mr , and Mrs. Scott Bulloch, Mr. and Mrs. Tobe Leigh, Jr., and Mr. and ' Mrs. Keith Stauffer of Nevada; j Miss Suzanne Hirschi and Miss , Liz Hirschi of LaMirada, Calif., and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bird, Mr. and Mrs. George Gonzales. Miss Marilyn Antczak, Miss Suzanne Suz-anne Green, Miss Ruth Clair Kidd and Miss Donna Holt, all of Salt Lake City. Following a honeymood trip to Jackson Hale and Yellowstone, the couple will make their home : in Salt Lake City where Mr. Lassen Las-sen works as a mechanic for Ajax Press. Arminta. who graduated from Comptometer school and Robert Steurs Beauty College, is employed at "Birds Hair Fashions' Fash-ions' in Salt Lak.'
