Show SUMMIT NEWS NOTES uncle, Bishop and Mrs. Ivan Dal-ley Dal-ley and family. They also visited with Mrs. Jay Davenport. Mr. and Mrs. Marc Allton and little son of Las Vegas were overnight over-night guests of Mrs. Allton's folks, the Raymond Farrows Friday, Fri-day, leaving for a vacation to the northern states Saturday. They left their son here with his grandmother. j Mr. and Mrs. Dee El Stapley and family have returned home after a week's vacation in southern south-ern California. Mrs. Stapley's mother, Mrs. Viola Nielsen of Murray accompanied them on the trip and is remaining here for a few day's visit. Kenneth Dalton of Provo is spening some time here with his cousin, Mark Dalley. Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Lawrence and sons Jerry and Craig, returned re-turned to their home in San Di- By Donna Davenport The following girls and boys attended 4-H Camp at Duck Creek from Wednesday to Friday Fri-day of last week: Marlene Dal-ton, Dal-ton, Sherlynn White, Renee Prince, Diane and Danny Hulet, Dennis Farrow, Tom Walker, Gillman Fife, Mark Humpherys, Richard Evans, Keith Lawrence, and Mark Dalley. The leaders who accompanied them were Mrs. MarjorieEvans, Mrs. Bill-ye Bill-ye Humpherys and Mrs. Pauline Hulet. The Elders Quorum with Arden Richards in charge sponsored a lund raising dinner at the ward chapel Monday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Carlisle Hulet and family traveled to Roy over the week end to visit with Pauline's Pau-line's family, the B. L. Mathews, and to take their daughter Di-ane Di-ane to join LaRae Matthews on her vacation trip to Yosemit Na-1 Na-1 tional Park and other points of 1 Interest in California. The Hu- let's son, Danny, accompanied I Miss Mathews to Washington, . Oregon and Canada earlier in -j the month. I Dr. and Mrs. Stanley J. Dalley iand Mrs. Amy Green of Provo were here from Thursday of last week until this Tuesday visiting y with relatives and friends here and in Cedar City. They attend ed the Pinnock family reunion at the David L. Sargent home Saturday. Sat-urday. They visited with their brothers, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Dalley Dal-ley here and Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Ron-ald Dalley in Cedar City and also with Mr. and Mrs. Jay Davenport. Dav-enport. Dr. and Mrs. Dalley were house guests of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar J. Hulet and joined them for a- trip to St. George where they attended the temple wedding wed-ding of Mr. and Mrs. John Logan Lo-gan on Friday. Charles Campbell and son Mark of Glendale, Calif., returned return-ed to their home Tuesday, after spending a week here with friends, Mr. and Mrs. James Prince and family. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Murray and jn-and daughter, Karen Cole, of Grantsville, spent several days visiting here with Mrs. Murray's ego, Calif., last week after a few days stay with Boyd's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Lawrence. Law-rence. They also spend one day visiting their son Rex Lawrence and family in Escalante and were accompanied by Alma Lawrence. Law-rence. Mrs. Lettie Fife of Cedar City spent the week end here with her son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Fire. Mr. and Mrs. Bart Stapley enjoyed en-joyed a recent visit from their daughter, Mrs. Celeste Engebritt of San Leandro, Calif. Tom Walker returned to his home in Long Beach, Calif, after spending two weeks here with his aunt, Mrs. Raymond Farrow Far-row and family. Dennis Farrow accompanied him and will stay in Long Beach for two weeks. |
