Show David Higbee Claims Bride in Arizona Temple Rites The newiyweds were further feted at an open house held June 4 in Cedar City with Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Higbee hosting. Matron of honor was Mrs. Barbara Bar-bara Allen, while Miss Vonda Ray, Miss Vicky Briscoe and Miss Carol Higbee stood as bridesmaids. brides-maids.
