Show ! SOCIAL SWING By Nolo Kupfer It was a festive time for the Lahoaobey ladles as they Joined together for a steak dinner at Milt's Stake Stop on Thursday evening. Novel place cards were prepared by Mrs. Ned Sargent with verses completed using the letters of each lady's name. Mrs. Marie Murdock presented each member with a check written on the bank of good will. Mrs. Ru-Ion Ru-Ion Bulloch was responsible for clever bundles of .ndy presented present-ed to each lady. Following the dinner hour, the ladies enjoyed an exchange of gifts and visiting. visit-ing. The business employees of the Mountain States Telephone Company Com-pany gathered at the home of Manager Dean Williams and his wife for snacks and visiting prl-I prl-I or to a steak dinner at Milt's I Stage Stop. The party which was ' their annual Christmas gathering wa climaxed by bowling at the Cedar Bowling Lanes. A no-host farewell party was held on Saturday evening at the college cabin for Ken Jones and Stan Brown. With a steak fry in mind, the following fellows and their dates gathered upon the wintery scene: Ken Jones and Marilyn Bryan, Stan Brown and Gail Crawford, Jack Hayes and Joan Russell, Howard Roberts and Judy Walker, Bruce Comp-ton Comp-ton and Linda Knell, Ken Esplin and Dayle Stevens. Bob Hahne and Sherrle Isabel, Dr. Melvln Corry and Shirley Stout. Delicious charcoal broiled steaks with the trimmings were found to be very tasty. The group later spent the evening dancing and visiting. Mr. and Mrs. Dick Dawn spent the past week end In St. George with their relatives.
