Show KAff ARRAVILLE NEWS NOTES By Hannah Davis Old man winter hit here Sunday Sun-day evening with a cold blizzard from the north and continuing during the night with light snow and cold north wind Monday morning. There Is quite a lot of sickness here with bad colds and sore throat Mrs. Ethna Ford received word of the birth of a new grandson to her, son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Verd Williams of Downey, Calif on Dec. 7. Verd visited with his mother and other oth-er relatives here last week. Eleven of our Primary officers and teachers attended a Primary preparation meeting in Cedar City Ci-ty Saturday. The MIA held a dance Fri- day evening at the church. Music Mu-sic was by Tom Barlocker and his orchestra. ' Mr. and Mrs. Keith Pollock and Allen and Lenice Davles attended attend-ed a banquet at El Escalante Hotel given by Grant Tucker for all of his employes and their partners. |
