Show Ralston, Mooney To Address Local Club John Mooney, sports editor of the Salt Lake Tribune and John Ralston, football mentor at Utah State University in Logan, will be special guests and speakers at the second annual Athletic Banquet sponsored by the College Of GOuuiciii Uiaii Quoi in buck Club. The banquet meeting will be held at Hotel El Escalante Friday Fri-day evening, Dec. 18 and will begin be-gin at 7 p.m., according to Tom Cardon, president of the Quarterback Quarter-back Club. Mooney will serve as master of ceremonies for the evening and the principal speaker will be Coach Ralston in his first year as coach of the Utah State Aggies. Ag-gies. Mooney Is a graduate of the University of Iowa where he admits ad-mits to be the only athlete In the U of I history who was "lousy in 13 varsity sports." Following his graduation he accepted a sports Job in the Chicago Chi-cago Tribune. Program includes a welcome by President Cardon; an Introduction Intro-duction of guests and presentation presenta-tion of special awards by Coach Osborne; Introduction of the mas-ter mas-ter of ceremonies; remarks by Dr. Royden C. Braithwaite and by A. W. Stephenson, member of the Intermountain Collegiate Athletic Athle-tic Conference, and a past president presi-dent of that organization, and the address by Coach Ralston.
