Show Errolyn Oiton Recites VcddingVows With Kent Wilkinson Sunday found Mr. and Mrs. Kent S. Wilkinson returning from , a honeymoon at Grand Canyon National Park. Arizona to make their home in Cedar City, where both plan to attend college this fall. The Bride, the former Miss Errolyn Er-rolyn Orton, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Orton of Cedar Ce-dar City. The bridegroom's parents par-ents are Mr. and Mrs. Lex P. Wilkinson. Wil-kinson. The couple's marriage was solemnized sol-emnized Thursday, June 21 in the Little Chapel of the Cedar Stake House. Elywn R. Halter-man, Halter-man, LDS bishop, officiated. A reception followed. The attractive bride greeted her guests in a white wedding gown styled to floor length from embroidered silk organa over taffeta. She held a bridal bouquet bou-quet created from pink rosebuds and white margurite daises. Pink and white cotton sheaths complemented the white whim-sey whim-sey hats adorned the bride's attendants, at-tendants, Miss Anna Carter, Miss Linda Macfarlane 'and Miss Trudy Knell. Each held nosegays nose-gays of margurite white daises surrounding a single pink rose. Serving the bridegroom as his best man was Gene Berrett. Ushers Us-hers were Kenneth Orton, Robert F. Tuckett and Barry Ford. Attending fie new Mr. and Mrs. Wilkinson In ihe reception line were the brides mother, dressed in a brocaded cocoa brown outfit and adorned with a corsage of lavender glamilias, and Mr. Orton, and the groom's parents. His mother chose to wear a silver grey with orchid accessories. Miss Nellie Rae Whatoott served ser-ved at the guest book during the nutial party and Mrs. Frank Milne and Mrs. Keith Smith assisted as-sisted in the gift room. Serving girls were Miss Sharon Seaman. Miss Barbara Tuokett, Miss Kathy Smith and Miss Sandra Knight. Four grandparents were in attendance: at-tendance: Mrs. Albena H. Gurr, Mrs. Mary B. Orton, Mrs. P. N. Wilkinson, and Mr. Frank W. KENT WILKINSON Visiting in Cedar with friends and family members during the I week end were Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Givan. Mr. and Mrs. Giv-an Giv-an were guests of Mrs. Givan's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Bauer. They arrived here from their home in Salt Lake City to-attend to-attend the Class Reunion of the 1952 High School class. |
