Show Class Reunion Held For Graduates Of High School 1952 In commemoration of the graduation grad-uation exercises held ten years ago for the .senior students at Cedar City High ScImoI. a class reunion was held at tin- College of Southern Utah Student Center. The event took place Saturday, June 25, beginning at 7:30 p. m with a special greeting presented by Kent Stapley to welcome his former classmates and their partners, part-ners, some of whom had traveled several hundred miles to attend j the affair. , The opening prayer was given by Douglas Maxwell and prior to a steak dinner enjoyed by all. petite Miss Trudy Schopmann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ira Sohoppman, and young seven-year-old Lynn Erickson. daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. Rex Erickson, Erick-son, performed a clever dance number for the group of 75 people peo-ple who attended. During the dinner hour awards were presented by Patty Petty Magleby to guests who filled various requirements in keeping with the wards program. Lt. Cloyd Orton, who traveled from Kingsville, Texas, was presented an award for coming the greatest great-est distance. Committee chair- man for all program activities was Jerry Lee Eyman. Vocal numbers were presented by LaRae S. Ballard, Ranae II Milne and Yvonne F. Woodlefe. Joan D. Skinner reviewed a clever class history and a skit was rendered ren-dered to the group with Tommy Givan. Marjorie Lee Howell. No lan Ashman, Dorothy Graff and Douglass Maxwell participating. Barbara Ashman was in charge of the skit presentation. Closing prayer was given by Gail Miles. |
