Show Third Ward Shooters Emerge Victorious In Trap Competition Cedar Third Ward Explorers came out the victors in the second sec-ond round of competitive trap shooting between the explorers groups of Cedar City, it was announced an-nounced by Dr. O. Anderson, president pres-ident of the Cedar City Trap Club. The Third Warders, taking advantage ad-vantage of some experienced shooters, won over the Fourth Ward Troop. Results were scored as follows: Third Warders: Mike Shemun, 20; Bobby McKnight. 18; DeV'n" Porter. 14. Fourth Ward: Mike Heaton, lfi; Fred Esplin. II; Keith Workman, 16. Members of the trap club handling hand-ling the shoot indicated that the boys showed remarkable adapti-hility adapti-hility to the sport with improvement improve-ment throughout. Most of the boys have not shot tran bef-ire. Saturday, June 30 the thir' round of cometition wi'l be hel l at 5 p. m. with Explorer troops of the Fifth and Sixth Wards to meet.
