Show Iron Rangers Club Sponsors Sixth Annual Rodeo . The Sixth Annual Amateur Rodeo of the Iron Rangers Riding Club will be staged Wednesday, July 4 as a feature attraction of Cedar City's Independence Day celebration, citizens of the area were reminded today. The Rodeo, featuring many of the local riders, will be staged at the Rodeo Grounds in Cedar Canyon and will begin at 6 p. m. with the Grand Entry. Featured on the program of Rodeo events will be calf roping, bareback bronc riding, bull riding, rid-ing, plus a special event in learn cow milking. Stock for the annual amateur rodeo will be furnished by Foss Parkinson of Beaver, those in charge stated. This week a queen will also be selected to reign over the annual an-nual Fourth of July celebration. The Iron Rangers also indicated indicat-ed that refreshments will be available at th RjwHno grounds and that the Iron County Jeep Patrol will assist the organization organiza-tion with parking and control in connection with the event Admissions have been set at $1.00 for Adults and 50 cents for children. All under six will be admitted free. |
