Show NEWS NOTES OF SUMMIT ACTIVITIES Hulda Peterson Mr. and Mrs. Don White and family of Mesquiie, Nev., spent the week end visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Herbert White and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Matheson. Mrs. Arvilla Adams and Mrs. Ella Adams of Cedar City were here, Saturday and Sunday to care for their mother, Mrs. Susanna Sus-anna Hulet, who was ill. Mrs. Ella Corbridge has returned return-ed to her home in Evanston, Wyoming Wy-oming after spending the winter in Summit with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Howard How-ard Dalley. Miss Mary Jane Dalley, Joella Ridley and Marjorie Farrow attended at-tended the basketball tournament tourna-ment in Provo last week end. Mrs. Beulah Browning left for San Diego, Calif Monday after spending the past several months with her son-in-law and daughter, daugh-ter, Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Humph-eries. Humph-eries. Primary ConferiMiee was held Sunday evening with a good attendance at-tendance of parents. The program was presented by the Primary classes with Mrs. Maiy Lawrence in charge. The singing was conducted con-ducted by Mrs. Kay Chamberlain, with Marjorie Farrow as accompanist. accom-panist. The conference, was one of the finest held for some time. Mrs. Emma Fife, daughter Karen, Kar-en, and small son, Gillman, motored mo-tored to Richfield to visit with her son-in-law and daughter, Dr. and Mrs. David Urie, and then on to Provo to visit her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vern Gillman. Little Miss Pauline Renriie of Parowan spent the school vacation vaca-tion days with her grandmother, Mrs. Hulda Peterson in Summit. Mrs. Pearl Halterman of Enoch visited with her sister, Mrs. Susanna Su-sanna Hulet Sunday. Mrs. Afton Clark of Springville has returned home after spending spend-ing the past week visiting here wi'h her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Madsen. |
