Show KANARilAVILLE iiEWS Hannah A. Davis The Primary gave a vory fine Christmas play on Thursday evening, eve-ning, Doc. 22. The Relief Society had its Christmas party Friday evening. The members exchanged exchang-ed gifts and ajl enjoyed a pot-luck pot-luck supper. Saturd ay evening the Sunday School gave a party and Santa was here and gave candy and nuts to all of the children. Santa then journeyed to New Harmony and visited the home of all the children. Mrs. Elda Fife and children of Summit visited with their moth-! moth-! er and grandmother, Hannah A Davis. They all motored over k New Harmony to visit theii daughter, Mrs. Vivian Prince, an family. Horace Koundy and daughtei lone of l'rovo spent Christmas here with their daughter, Mrs Austin Knee and family. Mr Koundy went to Las Vegas ant the Knee family accompanied lo na hack to Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Emery Pol loci-of loci-of Salt Lake City visited with their father, Sam L. Pollock ant then went on to California tc visit other relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Davis and son Mclvin of Provo, are visiting here with Raymond's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Davis. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Munford of Cedar City were Monday visitors vis-itors at the home of their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. George Munford and sons. Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Reeves of Ely, Nev. spent Christmas here with Clayton's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Waldo Reeves'. The Misses Lorraine and Edith i Slack of ToquervUle were here I to visit their grandmother, Mrs. Mina Piatt. Miss Phyllis Piatt of Salt Lake City, spent Christmas here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lysle Piatt. Mr. and Mrs. Henry A. Bauer and daughter Mary, attended a Christmas party at Cedar City given for the employees and their families of the Lunt Motor Co. They report a very enjoyable time. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Williams and family of Eou'der City, Nev., are visiting here and in Cedar Citv with relatives. Christmas visitors at the home of their mother, Mrs. Amanda Williams, were her sons and their families, Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Clay-ton Williams and son of Henderson. Hender-son. Nev., and Mr. and Mrs. Perry Per-ry O. Williams of North Las Vegas. |
