Show Big Game Board Approves Two Area Antelope Hunt, Deer, Elk Seasons Sportsmen of litis area will have a chance at a "now" hunt this fall, the Utah Hoard of I Jig Game Control having hav-ing decided to open hunting of antelope on the desert area west of Cedar City. The past two mild winters have been chief factors in herd increases in-creases resulting in an over-supply of deer compared to available avail-able range in several sections.' Most of these sections are in Southern Utah and the Daggett County areas. Because of this and the present acute drouth conditions condi-tions in many range areas, the Board recognized the need to set up several special types of hunting hunt-ing seasons to meet the current problems.
